1. What We Collect
When you purchase GridFlow or contact us, we collect:
- Email address — used to deliver your license key and send transactional emails (order confirmation, support replies)
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details
- Waitlist emails — if you joined the waitlist before purchase, stored in our database and used only to notify you of launches or updates
2. What We Do NOT Collect
GridFlow is self-hosted software. Your trading data lives on your server. We never collect, receive, or store:
- Your Binance API keys or secrets
- Your trade history, orders, balances, or P&L
- Any data from your running GridFlow instance
The Software on your server does not "phone home" — there is no telemetry, analytics, or remote reporting built into GridFlow.
3. How We Use Your Email
- To deliver your license key after purchase
- To send order confirmations from Stripe
- To respond to support requests
- Occasionally, to announce major version updates (Annual Plan subscribers)
We do not sell, share, or rent your email address to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
4. Third-Party Services
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
- DigitalOcean — our backend server hosting. Subject to DigitalOcean's Privacy Policy
5. Data Retention
We retain your email and purchase record for as long as necessary to provide support and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing us — we will delete your record within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Cookies
Our landing page does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Stripe's checkout page uses cookies as described in their privacy policy.
7. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your email and purchase data, including encrypted databases and HTTPS-only access. However, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique email account.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you via email of material changes. Continued use of the Software or our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
