1. Agreement
By purchasing or using GridFlow software ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.
2. License Grant
GridFlow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Software on one (1) server for personal or business use. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Software or license key
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works for resale
- Use the Software to operate a trading service on behalf of third parties without a separate agreement
3. License Plans
Lifetime License ($79 one-time)
Grants permanent access to the version of the Software purchased. Future feature updates are not included but may be purchased separately or by upgrading to the Annual Plan.
Annual Plan ($99/year)
Grants access to all Software updates released during the subscription period, plus priority support. The subscription renews annually unless cancelled.
4. Delivery
Upon successful payment, a license key and download link will be delivered to your email address. You are responsible for providing a valid email at checkout. Keys are generated immediately — please check spam if you don't receive within 10 minutes or contact [email protected].
5. Refund Policy
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Because the license key is delivered and functional immediately upon purchase, refund requests are evaluated individually. We want GridFlow to be the right fit before you commit — if the Software does not work for your setup or we cannot resolve your technical issue, email [email protected] within 30 days and we will work it out.
Refunds are not guaranteed for change-of-mind purchases after technical support has been provided.
6. No Financial Advice
GridFlow is software automation — not financial advice, investment advice, or a trading signal service. Grid trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, API key security, server configuration, and financial outcomes. Past performance of the grid strategy does not guarantee future results.
7. API Key Security
GridFlow stores your Binance API keys encrypted in your own database, on your own server. We never receive or store your API keys. You are responsible for:
- Restricting your API key to your server's IP address on Binance
- Keeping your server secure (firewall, SSH keys, OS updates)
- Rotating keys immediately if you suspect compromise
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any loss of funds, trading losses, missed orders, server downtime, or other damages arising from use of the Software. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in Thai courts.
